Product Selection & Custom Blends
As a dedicated matcha manufacturer with proprietary milling facilities, we maintain hundreds of customized formulations across diverse price points, color grades, and sensory profiles. Rather than a generic catalog, we match the exact specification to your target market and culinary application.
We maintain standardized grades (Ceremonial, Premium Cafe/Latte, Culinary, and Food Service Grade). However, because matcha prices range widely depending on harvest season, shading duration, and regional compliance, a generic catalog rarely fits exact client needs. Please inform us of your destination country, intended use (drinking, latte, bakery, ice cream), sensory target, and target budget, and our tea specialists will provide tailored product recommendations and direct FOB quotations.
Yes. We frequently benchmark against renowned Japanese standards (such as Isuzu, Aoarashi, or Wakatake). By adjusting tencha leaf selection, roasting intensity, and micro-milling fineness, we can closely replicate target color (vibrant jade green vs. olive), aroma profile (fresh floral vs. roasted seaweed/nori notes), and taste balance (sweet umami vs. clean brisk bitterness).
“21 Nights” signifies our agricultural commitment: shading the tea bushes under specialized black coverings for at least 21 to 28 days prior to spring harvest. This process maximizes chlorophyll and L-theanine (natural umami) while reducing catechins (bitterness). Combined with our 1000–1200 mesh micro-milling, our matcha yields vivid green vibrancy and rich froth at a much more competitive price point than Japanese domestic brands.
Export Compliance & Global Certifications
Food safety and international trade compliance are fundamental to our export operations. We formulate our matcha to meet strict destination regulations, from EU MRLs to California Prop 65 heavy metal thresholds.
Different import jurisdictions enforce vastly different standards:
- EU & UK: Meets rigorous EU MRLs for 500+ pesticides, perchlorate, chlorate, and aluminum. (Note: UK shipments require a GB Certificate of Inspection (COI), please allow 15 days for customs quarantine).
- United States: Complies with FDA requirements and California Proposition 65 limits for lead (Pb < 0.25 ppm) via designated tencha sourcing.
- Southeast Asia & Japan: Standard export compliance; specific microbiological or caffeine thresholds (>1.5%) can be adjusted upon request.
Yes. We hold verified USDA Organic (NOP), EU Organic, and JAS (Japan) certifications. We issue official Transaction Certificates (TC) for each organic consignment. Please note that EU ocean freight requires the TC to be initiated prior to the vessel departure date.
Our processing facility is certified under BRCGS (Global Standard for Food Safety), ISO 22000, Halal, and Kosher. Official audit summaries and copies of valid certificates are available upon inquiry.
Sample Policy & Private Label (OEM)
To guarantee product freshness and serious professional evaluation, all samples are freshly packaged under nitrogen protection. We also provide full-service OEM, custom blending, and retail packaging.
To maintain the highest freshness and prevent sample degradation, all samples are custom-packed and nitrogen-sealed directly from our cold storage. We charge a nominal fee for sample kits plus international courier freight. 100% of the sample fee is fully credited/deducted from your first bulk commercial order.
Yes. We provide end-to-end retail packaging services, including aluminum tins (30g, 50g, 100g), resealable stand-up pouches, and single-serve stick packs (1g–2g). The standard MOQ for custom-printed branded packaging is 1,000 to 3,000 units depending on the packaging format.
Because our facility operates under strict cleanroom GMP hygiene standards and houses proprietary milling technology, on-site visits are reserved for active or scheduled contract partners with advance registration (minimum 3 weeks notice). For prospective clients, we provide detailed 360° virtual tours, live video facility walkthroughs, and official third-party audit reports (BRCGS/ISO).
MOQ, Export Inspection & Terms
We offer transparent export pricing, official customs quarantine documentation, and reliable global fulfillment across air, ocean, and express logistics.
For standard bulk packaging (20kg cartons / fiber drums with inner food-grade foil liners), our typical MOQ is 25 kg to 50 kg. Our standard quotation basis is FOB (China port) or EXW. We also accommodate CIF / DDP door-to-door delivery via trusted logistics partners upon request.
Every export shipment includes our factory Certificate of Analysis (COA) and official Chinese Customs Inspection (CIQ) documentation free of charge. If specific external batch testing (e.g., Eurofins or SGS 500+ pesticide residue panel) is requested for small trial volumes, test fees are invoiced at actual cost. Testing subsidies are negotiable for full-container-load (FCL) orders.
- Shelf Life & Storage: 18–24 months unopened. Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from light, preferably refrigerated (0–5°C) or frozen.
- Lead Time: In-stock bulk powder ships within 5–7 business days post-customs inspection. Custom blends or organic shipments requiring TC certificates typically require 10–15 business days. OEM retail packaging requires 20–30 business days.
